Strengths
We use a Strengthscope® 360 to identify a leader’s natural strengths, and how these are perceived by those who work with them. Leaders work with our Psychologist Coaches to develop a deep understanding of how they can apply their strengths most effectively within their organisational context, and where their strengths may be overplayed and hindering performance.
